Known as the "Martini Spike" vermouth dispenser--for medicinal purposes of course! Sold by the famous Gorham silver workshop of Rhode Island in the 1960's. The plunger draws vermouth up into the syringe which can be dispensed in the desired "medicinal" dosage to create that perfect cocktail. Presented in original fitted box. Mint, never used. 6 1/4" L.
