The size of Netsuke: 1 3/4" H x 1 3/8" L x 1 1/4" W. Japanese wooden Tsuge Netsuke carved nice detail of Kappa(mythological figure) trying to free the little Kappa from the water jar. It is very interesting form. The condition of Netsuke excellent. Dating from 1980-1990's.

The size of Netsuke: 1 7/8" High x 3/4" Square. It is most unusual Japanese Nestuke seen. It is made by bone. It is the subject of Inu(dog) sitting on the stand. Very finely carved. It has one Himo toshi hole at the side of stand. The condition of Netsuke, excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. Dating from Edo Kouki(late Edo). 19c.

The design subject with bearded men holding "Tai(sea bream)" out of fish basket. Men has the sort of hat which is unusual one. He has Hyotan(Gourd) on right back and sagemono type on the left side. The size of Nestuke: 1 7/8" Long x 1 1/4" Wide x 1 1/4" High. Nicely carved Japanese Wooden Nestsueke in the shape of Foo Dog(Koma-Inu). It is rather rounded piece which shape like Daruma from the face and roundness. Material is Rosewood. The photo does not show the nice color and quality of Netsuke. Actual Netsuke is nicer. It is from end of end of Edo to Meiji.
