A very Fine and RARE Blue / Green Quezal Art Glass Lamp Shade. This shade is shown as Tiffany shape #125 featured in Darrah Roert's book on shade collecting. The color of this Quezal is not solid blue. Additionally,this shade is the 2nd one that I owned 35 years of collecting and retailing art glass shades. Iridescence is a vibrant blue at the top which shades through a pink to a shimmering gold at the mouth. When lit, this shade is a soft lighter green. The interior is an iridescent goldish green. It is in near MINT condition with one small chip in between the Q & u on the ouside of the fitter rim. I shall be pleased to respond to all questions. This shade is certainly for an advanced collector

Outstanding and Fairly Rare Tiffany Favrile "Peppermint" Glass Shade. These by tradition are said to have decorated the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City. One of these sold a while back on eBay for about $4500.00. This is considerably less. There is a flake on the fitter rim which would be hidden if a person could find the original hardware. They have an odd size fitter, so most collectors use them as cabinet additions to their collection.It is unsigned as are any others(4) I have seen. If you do not care for the flavor peppermint, but like the colors, here is your Christmas gift to your collection.

A very Fine and RARE Decorated Quezal Flower Form Art Glass Lamp Shade. This shade is not shown in Darrah Roert's book on shade collecting. Additionally,these shades are extremely difficult to find. It is decorated with gold "Aurene style" Feathering over a soft iridescent Opal ground, and is signed on the inside of the fitter area. The interior is a rich iridescent gold. It is in GEM MINT condition. I shall be pleased to respond to all questions. This shade is certainly for an advanced collector
