The interior painted with cut fruit and flower sprays, the pierced basket applied in high relief with flowerheads at the intersections, enriched with puce and blue, the branch handles enriched in gilding with flowering foliage terminals and gilt rim. Fluted rim painted with a border of pink diaper panels, alternating with green florets reserved within a gilt scroll work on a stippled ground, the center with radiating lilac scrolls, entwined with festoon of green foliage with red berries and in the center a cluster of plums.
