This stick, Ca. 1880, features a soldier carved out of walrus ivory and inscribed "Qv Co. 5" - possibly referring to this particular soldiers rank. This stick has a wonderful rose gold collar that is marked RFS & Co. The stick also has a great exotic hardwood shaft. This stick measures 32 1/4" x 3/4" x 1 1/2". The ivory handle by itself measures 3 3/4" x 3/4" x 1 1/2". The collar is 1" and the ferrule is 1/2". A very nice stick indeed!
