We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. When paying via PayPal, you must request an invoice/payment total in order to finalize your transaction. Prompt payment is appreciated.
When placing your order, please provide your shipping address - as we must charge sales tax (8.875%) for items shipped to New York State addresses. New York State residents must pay 8.875% sales tax or have a valid resale number.
We will usually ship within 5 business days of receiving cleared payment.
Buyer pays actual shipping costs. We ship via USPS. Please indicate if you would like Delivery Confirmation from the USPS (additional fee applies). We will also ship via FedEx or UPS, but please be aware that higher rates generally apply. With FedEx and UPS, we are happy to ship using your account numbers.
We are not responsible for lost items or damages that occur during shipping. In order to protect your purchase, we recommend that you add insurance to your shipment (additional fee applies). For fragile goods and items valued at $100.00 or greater, shipping insurance is required.
We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
