David Davidovich Burliuk, Russian/American (1882-1967), was known as the father of Soviet Russian Futurism, as well as being a Neo-Primitivist, book illustrator and author. Triple portrait of the smoking artist and two women seated at a wooden table set with tea items including a samovar. Primarily watercolor on paper with double mat in original wood frame. Good provenance. Signed lower left along table edge. Width - 15". Height - 10 7/8.

Evald Nielsen (1879-1958) Danish Skonvirke segmented/tripart pin/brooch features six swiss lapis (dyed jasper) cabochons and one teardrop. Stylized floral motifs. Wonderful example of Nielsen's Art Nouveau/Arts and Crafts era work. Applied and reinforced loop for hanging on reverse. Original C clasp. Marked on reverse EN and 826 S. Length - 3 1/2". High style English condiment set consists of an open salt, a standing pepper and a lidded mustard pot. All pieces have 3 ball feet and incised concentric banding. Lightly vermeiled interiors. Precursor to Art Deco styling. Bears marks for Hancock (1871-1872) London. We are also separately selling a pair of matching open salts for $250.00 (see photo). Mustard pot: 3 5/8". Standing pepper: 4 3/8". Open salt: 1 1/8". Normal wear.

American Modernist 14K pendant with pale bluish gray pegged cultured pearl and fine curb link chain was made by Henry Steig (1906-1973) probably after 1963.
