Fine example of WMF (Wuttembergische Metalwaren Fabrik) Art Nouveau in the form of a magnificent wine or champagne cooler. Unusual hexagonal form has vigorously interlacing whiplash tendrils with a notched waving rim. Reticulated high Art Nouveau handles flank the sides. This well regarded firm's marks are impressed beneath. Germany circa 1907. Dimensions: 10 3/4" H, 11 3/4" W to Handles.

Simply wonderful! Reticulated high Art Nouveau whiplash vines adorn this splendid table or desk bell. A twist of the finial releases a resounding chime. Vienna Secession design large double frame made by the WMF (Wurttembergische Metalwaren Fabrik) workshop in Germany circa 1908.
