This lovely German modernsit cocktail shaker was made by the Bruckmann workshop circa 1940's. The Bauhaus influence form is reminiscent of the noted designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld. Pierced strainer has several rows of holes graduating in size in a circular pattern. Dimensions: 8" H.

Completely hammered surface of this impeccable Secession design box with a central raised oval medallion upon its top. The rectangular hinged lid rests upon an outward curved form box with four disc feet. A clear Wiener Werkstatte influence design created by the WMF (Wurttembergische Metalwaren Fabrik) workshop in Germany circa 1930's. Wooden lining. Dimensions: 2 1/2" H, 4 3/8" W, 6 1/2" L.

A relief four section wave pattern upon this champagne cooler leads to a boldly hammered surface. Opposing scrolling handles embellish the sides. An unusual Art Deco example made by the well regarded WMF (Wurttembergische Metalwaren Fabrik) workshop in Germany circa 1930's. Firm's marks beneath. Made by the prominent manufacturer Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Co. who retailed goods in their London shop in the 1930's. A Scottish Thistle and "S" monogram engraved upon the side. Art Deco cap removes to show a pivot wafer strainer housed beneath. 8 1/4" H.

Very nice Japanese silver whisky flask with hand engraved scenes upon front as well as reverse. A pagoda, among mountains, fir trees and cherry blossoms are depicted. A screw off drinking cup comes off to reveal an additional threaded seal. Marks for 950 Fine Silver and Sterling, circa 1940's. Dimensions: 6 1/4" H, 3 3/4" W.

Set-of-Six Sterling Silver cocktail swords in their original box. A whimsical idea which Tiffany updated as in the American Civil War they actually made presentation swords which were inscribed and given to officers between 1861 and 1865. Highly stylized Vienna Secession Tall Box. The multi-lobed form with ogee patterns upon its fitted top rises to a dome. The whole floats above three rounded supports. The design masterfully evokes the best of Josef Hoffmann who's influence is evident. Made circa 1915-25 by the Arthur Krupp Workshop operating in Vienna and Luzerne. Dimensions: 8 1/4" H, 4 1/4" W.
