Imperial Cape Cod crystal cake stand, this is the hard to find one with a broad skirt hanging down from the flat top, 12" wide and 6" tall, flipped upside down Imperial advertised this as a Utility Tray for dip in the center and chips or crackers around the lipped bottom, really cool!
