Stained, with losses. The piece has been professionally cleaned, conserved and mounted under conservation glass. Some glass reflection in images.
A small Late Ming dish, thinly potted and painted in underglaze blue with a shou character. Kiln grit to footrim. Diameter: 10.5 cm. Wanli (1573-1620.)
A Burmese pottery pipe with a silver stem, the unglazed bowl carved with a stylised bird motif, the stem incised with a dragon. Length: 37 cm. Late 19th/early 20th cent.

A pair of ovoid musen enamel vases enamelled with pink and white lilies on a pale sage-green ground. Unsigned. Height: 12 cm. c.1900.
The right-hand vase with three stress cracks to the foot and a curious 6 cm. long stripe of rough unpolished enamel to the reverse, the other vase perfect.
An exceptional Kutani double gourd vase in akae kinrande style, decorated with brocade roundels with dragon and phoenix beneath a band of flowerheads and scrolling karakusa. Fuku mark to base. Height: 33.3 cm. Late 19th/early 20th cent.
A woodblock print of a Japanese boy by the sosaku hanga artist Kiyoshi Saito (1907-1997) mounted in a plain wood frame. Signed in pencil and with red seal in lower right quadrant. Dimensions: 30 x 44.5 cm. framed.
The print remains in excellent undamaged condition and has never been out of its frame.
An interesting ink-painting kakemono of Daikoku and Ebisu on a ship loaded with rice bales depicted against a misty red sun by Mori Shuho (1738-1823). Dimensions: 61 x 1019 cm. Painted area: 49.5 x 38.5 cm.Sumi-e and red colour on paper. Dated 1799.
