A finely-carved Japanese bamboo brushpot raised on three splayed feet and carved with a scene of two peasants bearing a rice bale and reeds across a rushing stream in front of a rustic cottage, while another leads away a laden horse beneath a pine tree, the scene between key-fret and seigaiha borders.
