Fabulous Modern ring by one of my favorite Danish designer's, Arne Johansen. His designs are always so striking and are often deceptive in their simplicity. Here is a mid century design with a large silver ball in it's center. The tapering band bends outwardly on each end and appears to catch the sphere. Here is a gorgeous and detailed Sterling Silver Art Nouveau Pin I recently found at a New England Estate. It is quite large in scale and measures 2 3/8" H x 1 5/8" W and weighs 28.8 grams on my scale. This is a really well made pin- you feel it in your hands if you know what I mean.
