| Wonderful Studio Enamel & Sterling Buckle w Stones being offered here. So different! A rectangular cloisonne enamel scene of a house amongst trees is the center of focus. Set slightly askew,(yet somehow right), your eyes are drawn to the 2 stones set on either side. One a green jade cabochon the other a patterned brown nut or wood cabochon. Sterling Base measures 2 1/2" W x 1 1/2" H. Heavy solid piece. Hardware on reverse all original and secure. No markings at all but tested and is Sterling Silver. Condition is excellent. Wood or nut cab could use a bit of tightening or glueing. Jade has small groove on one side. Enamel in near mint condition. This was a labor of love for someone. Beautifully constructed and so peaceful in form. A real treasure for a collector of enamels of unusual buckles! | ||
