The ushnisa or topknot on Buddha's head is a symbol of spiritual wisdom. Our Buddha's head is made of yellow jade, and is beautifully carved on the 24x30mm pendant. It is suspended from a 24" strand of 8mm yellow jade beads, separated by hand-cut 3x10mm citrine rondelles and small 2x5mm vermeil corrugated spacers. Two Chinese yellow jade knots accent the sides of the necklace and further emphasize the pendant below.
