Very fine, elegant and old Japanese carved ivory inro, complete with carved ivory Ojime and wood netsuke. All component carved delicately with netsuke depicting a monkey riding a turtle, inro finely etched, one side depicting two young Geisha taking bath and the verso with a detailed etched bird on a flower branch . This item is believed to be from early to mid 20th century, netsuke bears the artist's signature, with the inro itself having a length of 3 inches.
