A cast iron paper and book press on a fitted pine case, the press 11 1/2 high, 17" long, 10" wide, the stand 32" high, 21" long, 20" deep, the press of screw type, weighing approximately 90 pounds, with the impressed mark "Muir's Warranted" and apparently of late 19th century or early 20th century manufacture, in good working order.
