A carved walnut or fruit wood panel, measuring 51" X 79". Panels are defined by doweled framing bearing various carved motifs, including floral rosettes along the top. The lower center may have been the top of a short door, having the image of a carved dragon. The damage and wear seems consistent with the probable usage throughout over a hundred years of age.
