A pair of Staffordshire ware spaniels. On a bit smaller than the other and apparently an original matched pair dating to about 1840. No damage and little wear. Some losses of gold luster. Heights are 14" and 13 3/4".
A ten piece English pearlware tea set includes the tea pot and waste bowl along with four cups (without handles) and matching saucers. This delightful set is hand-painted in a strawberry pattern. Tea pot measures 7"X 5 1/2". Some of the items are with hairlines and chips and some discolorations. Impressed diamond on base of teapot.

Barge ware, or "Meason ware" features folksy applied birds, fruits and flowers in polychrome ceramic medallions, and this one includes a special presentation emblem: "WITH LOVE TO MOTHER." Two Toby mugs, both the same form but different in size. Features colorful glazes of dark blue, iron oxide (red), green, black, brown, and flesh in copper luster. the tallest is 6" in height. Each with the mark: "Allertons, est. 1831".
