Great mission period desk alarm clock with untouched case and original movement. The movement is marked Parker for Charles Parker Co. from Meriden, CT. known for the development and manufacture of the Springfield rifles in the 19th Century as well as quality lighting though a good part of the 20th century. Early Gustav Becker Edwardian wall clock. Case is in Cherry with original finish and glass is beveled and separated by copper caning. Side tops contain a round window on each side. A truly beautiful and functional accessory for the arts and crafts interior. Strikes on the hour and half hour. In very good working order and recently serviced.
