With relief bat and a fungus spray at the ends, this well-hollowed coupe ranges in tone from a dark gray to opaque white. It dates to the 1950's-1970's. Measurements are 3.5cm high X 14.5cm long X 5cm wide, or 1 1/4 inches X 5 3/4 inches X 2 inches. There are no damages

This model of Samantabhadra or Fugen seated on an elephant dates to c. 1900-1930. It was mounted on an elaborate gilded wood lotus lamp base, available if the buyer wants it. The figure has a finely crackled clear glaze and is undamaged. It was mounted through a hole in the base original to the piece. It measures 33.3cm high X 30cm wide, or 13 inches X 12 inches.

Of dark gray material, this round inkstone has a sunken relief landscape on its lid. It is dated 1946. Measurements are 3cm high X 10.5cm dia., or 1 1/4" X 4" diameter. It has been used but there is no damage.

A Japanese silver frame with lightly dimpled surface, engraved Topaz, presumably the name of the horse illustrated in the photograph. It dates to circa 1935 and is marked sterling 950. It measures 28.6cm high X 23.5cm wide, or 11.25 inches X 9.25 inches, coming from a Pacific Northwest collection, purchased new in Japan at that time.

This Japanese silver frame has a lightly dimpled surface and dates to circa 1935. It is marked sterling and has a rising sun mark. It measures 23cm X 16.2cm, or 9 inches X 6.4 inches. There is light wear overall. It comes from a Pacific Northwest collection, purchased when new in Japan.

A Japanese silver box on 4 stepped feet engraved with fine diamond patterns, circa 1935. This box has a rosewood liner strongly resembling zitan, a solid silver hinged lid, and is marked Silver and with a star mark. It measures 4.5cm H X 17.5cm W X 12cm D. It comes from a private Pacific Northwest collection, collected in Japan when new.

This hinggi comes from the estate of a Pacific Northwest collector. It has a dark brown ground and registers of humanoid figures. It measures 230cm L X 115cm W, or 90.5 inches X 45.5 inches. It dates to about 1960 and has no tears or losses. There are a few minor spots.

From the estate of a Pacific Northwest collector, this Sumbanese cotton hinggi has a striking design of two registers of stylized figures done in the ikat dying technique. It measures 225cm long X 115cm wide, or 88.5 inches X 45.5 inches. It dates to about 1960. There are minor spots toward one edge, but no tears or losses.

With a turquoise-blue wash and famille-rose enamels butterflies and fruiting vines, this plate was made in the early Republic period. The base has a Guangxu or Kuang-Hsu mark in rust-red. There are three lotus sprays on the exterior sides. It measures 9.5 inches or 24.3cm dia.
