| Wonderful landscape watercolor painting with cows by Adrianus Johannes Groenewegen. Dutch 1874-1963. Approximately 12 1/2" x 19 1/2" WITHOUT the frame. WITH the frame and matting it measures 24" x 31 1/4". Signed lower left A.J. Groenewegen. On the inner liner it reads Groenwegen. This is a picture of two brown & white and one black & white cows grazing in a field. It is very well executed. A.J. Groenewegen was well known for his genre, landscapes, farms and animals. Very good condition. New frame. Ready for hanging. | |||||||
