| Gorgeous coin silver 4 footed salver by Lincoln & Foss. They were Boston silversmiths listed in 1829. 12 1/4" in diameter. Weighing approximately 23.87 troy ounces. Monogrammed EL and dated April 8, 1838 in the center with floral & foliate decoration surrounding the mono. That makes it 171 years old! 4 feet with acanthus leaf decoration. Marks include an eagle facing left, the letter L, Lincoln & Foss, Pure Coin and Boston. Very good condition. | |||||||||||||
