| Gorgeous and unusual pair of sterling silver candlesticks by Tiffany & Company of New York. Approximately 4" tall with removable bobeches. They weigh approximately 8 troy ounces. Decorated with applied cherubs. There are two different cherubs on either side. They are seated surrounded by a garland of roses and other flowers and leaves. On the top sides are applied decorations of a horn and an arrow. See photos. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, 9323 MAKERS 3429, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000 and the letter T. The letter T tell us that these were made between 1891-1902. No monograms. Very good condition. | |||||||||||||
