| Beautiful streling silver cream pitcher by the Frank W. Smith Silver Company Inc. of Gardner Massachusetts. Approximately 2 3/4" tall and 4 3/4" from the handle to the lip. It measures approximately 3 1/8" wide and 4.49 troy ounces. There are 3 pawed feet with very detailed lions heads at the top. It is beautifully monogrammed on the bottom "DBC". It has a beautiful foliate repousee design with a gilt interior. This cream pitcher has a wonderfully scrolled S handle with a great repousee body. There are 3 finely crafted paw feet with lions heads at the top. This beautiful creamer is circa 1870-1900. Frank Smith was a longstanding silversmith from Gardner Massachusetts. Marks include B.B & B. (Bailey Banks & Biddle, Philadelphia 1878-94), STERLING , the S mark for Frank W. Smith Silver Co., 98 & D. Very good condition. | ||||||||||||
