| Wonderful sterling silver 4 footed tray or salver by S. Kirk & Son of Baltimore MD. Approximately 9 1/4" in diameter and 15.88 troy oz. Marks include S. Kirk & Son Co., 925/1000, 2009, E. This mark was used on holloware from 1903-1924. It is a finely crafted 4 footed tray by S.Kirk & Co of Baltimore Md. This tray has a band of stars inside of a circle decorating the outer rim. The surface of the tray has four engraved floral sprays encircling the monogram which appears to be BCC. Also there are four finely crafted ball & claw feet. These trays are being used as wine coasters, cheese or small dessert trays at lavish parties or fancy functions. The condition is excellent outside of minor wear. | ||||||||||||
