American pewter porringer made by Thomas Danforth Boardman and Sherman Boardman of Hartford, Connecticutt. Circa 1810-1854. Condition is good with some minor dents. The handle appears a little crooked but no evidence of a later solder. Approximately 4" in diameter by 1 3/8" tall. Length is 5 5/8" from handle to end of bowl.
Charming hand painted vase decorated with roses on cream colored background. Green with gilt trim on base and gilt enamel on neck with gilt handles. Height is 8 3/8". Condition is excellent with only slight wear to gold.
