A beautifully decorated pair of late 19th./early 20th. century Chinese Porcelain Bowls and covers. They are painted with a continuous chain of magpies and flowers on a yellow ground. The interiors are in underglaze blue. There is a small frit to one of the bowls and one cover, as can be seen in the photographs but no other damage. The bowls have a diameter of 12 cms. and the bowls and covers are 8 cms. high.
A good 19th. century Chinese porcelain Fish Tank decorated with a continuous scene of warriors and gentlemen painted in the famille verte palette. The interior is painted with goldfish swimming amongst water foliage. It is in good condition apart from some minor fritting to the outside rim as can be seen in the photograph. It has a diameter of 36 cms. and is 30 cms. high.
A large late 19th. century Chinese Canton Rose Medallion hexagonal planter with original underdish. It is decorated in traditional enamels with alternate scenes of figures and flowers and insects. It is in perfect condition apart from a tiny frit to the inner rim as can be seen in the photograph. It measures 33.5 cms. across at the widest point and it is 19.5 cms. high overall.
A very pretty 18th. century Chinese Export Ware Porcelain shaped dish. The central scene is of figures in a garden surrounded by an underglaze blue border heightened with flower decoration. There is a chip to the back on one corner which is not visible from the front as can be seen in the photograph. It is 40 by 32 cms.
A fine Wan Li period Chinese porcelain blue and white bowl decorated on the outside with a frieze of prancing horses above stylised sprays of flowers. The inside has a central landscape cartouche surrounded by stylised flower heads below a continuous lake scene. There is a 3 cm. fine hairline to the rim and a small frit as can be seen in the photographs. The diameter is 21 cms.
An unusual 19th. century Chinese Porcelain Reticulated Bottle Vase with a decoration of embossed dignitaries and gods on a pierced background of clouds with a coiled dragon around the neck. It is in famille verte palette and in perfect condition. It has a reign mark to the base and it is 35 cms. high.
A very finely painted late 19th. century Chinese Blue and White deep Bowl. It is decorated with three dragons playing amongst a continuous scrollwork of stylised flames. It is in perfect condition and has a height of 23 cms. and a diameter across the rim of 23.5 cms.
A pair of late 19th. century Chinese porcelain lidded jars which have been drilled in the lid and base for conversion to lamps. The lids retain the bronze mounts. They are monochrome orange with a stylised design of flowers in gilt. They are 26 cms. in height.
