A fine Meiji period Japanese miniature Silver Cabinet with Gold Laquer interior. The outside is incised with stylised flower heads and the inside contains three drawers in gold laquer. There is a maker's mark to the base. The door catch has been replaced at some stage and there is a small chip to the inside bottom as can be seen in the photographs. It measures 4 1/2 by 3 1/2 ins. and is 4 ins. high.
