SOLD

An early Spratling cuff, ca. 1940's, stamped "Spratling Silver" and "made in Mexico". A classic design, showing pre-hispanic influence. Simply stamped with a line border on each edge of the face, then a rope design stamp running through the middle. The shank is split and open at the terminals which are heart shaped. Just shy of 5/8" wide, to 1" at the ends, and 5 1/2" plus a 1" opening. There is a small rift, about 1/8" at one of the terminals which appears to be as old as the piece itself.
