Coalport custom ordered for the high-end importer, Davis Collamore & Co. New York. These fabulous plates have raised hand worked details, with center medallion, and gadroon edge. They are great for salad or dessert at 9" diam. Circa 1910. A small amount of age appropriate ware on the gadroon edge, but other wise excellent condition. A great addition to any diner set.

One of our finest and elaborately decorated dinner plates custom ordered through the fine retailer of Tiffany & Co by the Gilded Age Factory of Minton. A set of 14 exquisite designed raised paste gilded dinner or service plates. 11 are exact and 3 have slightly more gold in the shoulder cartouches which might have been for the heads of the table (with an extra !) Crown Sutherland English set of twelve diner plates. If you love the popular polka dot look this rim of turquoise dots with an acid etched gilt border is a real stand out. Inside the border is a circle of pretty roses for more color. The size is 10 1/2" diam. circa 1910, a few age appropriate dark spots on gilding, but excellant condition.
