Ok, I will admit that this ring is different. It is custom made of 14K yellow gold and weighs 11.74 grams. This ring is not for the shy.
The setting is made of connected, open cubes of gold that are stack into a cube shape. Since they are hand made, no two are exactly the same.
It features a deep purple, natural amethyst.
The setting is 3/4 inch north/south, 3/4 inch east/west and sits 1/2 inch off the finger.
The amethyst is almost square and measures 9.9m x 9.75mm x 7mm...
A nice heavy ornate bangle bracelet in 18K gold dating from the 1960s or 70s. The top of the bracelet has a beautiful prong set opal with great fire. The opal is surrounded by small diamonds and tear shaped fresh water pearls. The bracelet has an ornate openwork design going around the entire piece. A fabulous large vintage Persian turquoise, 14K Rose gold ring, c. 1960s. The polished stone is set in a multi pronged basket mounting which tests 14K. The ring is a size 7 and the top measures 1 1/4" by 1". It weighs 18.9 grams and is in excellent condition.
A wonderful long chunky necklace in 18K gold, c. 1980s. The necklace consists of graduating nugget type gold beads which are strung on a gold chain. There is a drop hanging from the larger kidney shaped base at the bottom. The necklace was purchased in Greece in the 1980s. It tests 18K, there are no marks. It measures 24 3/4" in length, and the drop measures 2" including the two beads. There is a hook type of clasp. The necklace is in excellent condition and weighs 192.7 grams.
A wonderful vintage Modernist period 18K gold abstract ring with diamonds and sapphires. The ring has 10 prong set diamonds (set in white gold prongs) approximately .25 carat weight. There are also 4 prong set Marquis shaped sapphires. The gold has a textured surface, almost resembling natural coral. It is marked 18K, but has no maker's mark. It measures 1" at its widest. The back has a smooth area so it has probably been sized, but could be sized again...

We are very proud to offer a superior angel skin coral bracelet that has three strands attached to a huge coral clasp with a carved bird sitting on a branch. The angel skin coral branch with the bird is 2 ½ inches long by ¾ inch wide. The branch with the bird is attached to a heavy 14 Kt (marked) clasp. The entire bracelet weighs 73 grams. A fine vintage 18K white gold and diamond necklace which was retailed by Bailey Banks & Biddle. (a wonderful jewelry shop that closed it's doors a few years ago). The necklace is articulated and and graduates from 3.5 mm in the back, to .9mm at its widest. The gold becomes thicker and has thee channels set very clean diamonds, approximately .60 tdw. A fine Modernist period abstract 18K gold ring in a flower and tree branch form. The ring has 7 bezel set diamonds and five bezel set emeralds and has a shank which is textured like tree branch.
