This fabulous Vertical Wave screen, fashioned by Susan Woods from poplar bentwood, was made in 2007 and is a part of her New Wave Line of bentwood creations. The screen was purchased directly from the artist and is in new condition. Measures 84.5" by 35" by 13" (214.6 cm by 88.9 cm by 33 cm). The bench is a replica of a 17th century design. It is made in the traditional method of joinery without using nails. The double coins motif is used throughout. 48" wide x 19" deep x 37" high.
This "Sally" table, designed and produced by Shiro Kuramata (Japanese, 1934-1991) dates from 1987 and is in near mint condition. There are no visible scratches, dents or dings. Chrome finish is bright with no signs of corrosion. Designed for the Memphis Group, this is one of Kuramata's most memorable designs. Measures 30.5" tall and 21" across (77.5 cm by 53.3 cm).

I believe that this piece is Scandinavian though the sticker is missing from the bottom. The round "shadow" of the sticker is just visible.

This lovely triangular-shaped low table, known as the Gran Tucano, was designed by Marc Berthier (French, 1935- ) for Magis Design. It dates from the 1990s and is in excellent condition. The top was just refinished and is in near-mint condition. It features three cast aluminum legs with through-tenon construction. There are no tags or hallmarks. Marc Berthier is "Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres" and received the "Médaille de l'Art et de l'Industrie"...
