Here is a really beautiful old game board that we have framed for hanging. It features a steeplechase theme and dates to the early 1900's. This game is marked "J.W.S.& S. Bavaria". The artwork is incredible- lots of action in the various scenes around the track- we have several misshaps- an badly injured jockey, a horse that has entered the crowd, and several riders down. We also see a picnic, a fight among the spectators, and the weighing of some jockeys...
This is another old sporting game board that we have framed for hanging. The graphics on this one are outstanding! It is from England and dates to the 1940-50 era. There are 2 distinctive fold lines that are easy to see in the photos. The size of this framed boards is 14 X 19 inches.

A delightful 19th century children's game based on Daniel Defoe's classic book Robinson Crusoe. This game entitled "Robinson Crusoe and His Man Friday" has 28 of the original 30 cards (cards are 2.25x3.25 inches) each with etched, hand-colored images of Robinson Crusoe, his man Friday and a host of plant life, animals and objects that might be found on Crusoe's island. The cards are in fine condition, showing just a hint of age.
