This hand coloured Royal Doulton vase was designed by the well known painter Frank Brangwyn RA (1867-1956) and is decorated with the pattern D5079. While the outlines of the pattern were formed in the mould, the colours were applied by hand so that no two pieces are exactly alike. It stands 165mm high and has a diameter of 140mm. It is in excellent condition, save for some crazing. C1931.

Beautifully painted in shades of ocher and black, this pitcher depicts dancing ladies with garland. It dates to about 1900 and is in excellent condition. It measures approximately 7.5" tall and 7.5" from the mouth to the end of the handle across the top. The base measures approximately 4" in diameter. It is fully hallmarked on the bottom. The inside is solidly finished in the ocher color.

This porcelain monkey was produced in Denmark by Royal Copenhagen in 1964. The marking indicated this year. It is initialed by the artist Niels Nielsen. It measures 5 inches high and is 3 inches wide. The artist portrays a female monkey in a serene pose. She looks contented, sleepy and apparently pregnant. The modeling is well done and captures the character of our distant relative. She is hand painted in a naturalistic manner. Condition: Exellent first quality.

Standing 385mm, or 15 inches, high this eyecatching Crown Devon ruby lustre lidded temple jar really stands out. The Crown Devon lustrine series was first introduced in the 1920's, and this piece would date from around 1935. The oriental scene decoration is hand enamelled over a printed gold pattern, and the lid and base are hand gilded. It is in excellent condition.

Gorgeous vintage Hammersley large teapot with violets and gold accents. It holds about 2.5 pints. It appears to be in unused condition with no chips, cracks, stains, or crazing and the gold accents are bright and not faded. It has quite an ornate handle and neck and it has embossed scrolls and lines. The teapot measures 7" high to the top of the finial and 11" wide from end of spout to end of handle. It is marked Bone China Hammersley Made in England. A gorgeous teapot!
