Offered is this beautiful, Bohemian cameo glass vase, made by Wilhelm Kralik, around 1920. The vase depicts a wrap-around water scenery. The vase is 10 inches (25 cm) tall and is in excellent condition (no chips, cracks or repairs - a few bubbles, typical of blown glass objects, see 9th picture). Polished pontil. Unsigned, but guaranteed to have been made by Kralik (similar Kralik cameo glass vases are at Passau Museum - see last two pictures for your convenience).

The vases have been examined under black-light: there are no cracks in the vases. Alas, there are some chips in the vases (the worst two shown in the last two pictures). Each vase is 3 3/4 inches (9,5 cm) tall and 1 1/4 inches (3,2 cm) wide at base. Though unsigned, the vases are guaranteed to have been made by Moser.

A rare Judaic ceremonial set, made by Moser around 1900. The ornately decorated set, on Venetian glass blanks, consists of an ewer and six glasses. The ewer is 13 inches (33 cm) tall and each glass is 4 inches (10 cm) tall. Offered is this rare cranberry-glass pillow vase, hand-decorated with a marsh scenery, made by Moser around 1900. The vase is 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) long, 6 1/2 inches (16,5 cm) high and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide. In good condition (expected, age-appropriate wear to gold and a small rim flea-bite - see last picture). Unsigned, but guaranteed to have been made by Moser - the scalloped feet are a hallmark of Moser pillow vases (for reference: see Baldwin's book on the Klabin Moser glass collection).

Offered is this very rare early Bohemian glass chalice. It is 6 3/8 inches (16 cm) tall and 3 3/8 inches (8,5 cm) wide at the top. Made on very heavy glass, there is superb enameling and cutting. Unsigned. The deep miter-cut star on the base of the chalice and the lavish gilding on it would strongly suggest that this chalice was made in Bohemia in the Biedermeier period (1825-1845)...

Offered is this exceptionally beautiful, hand-enameled in ruby flashing, glass pokal or covered jar. The jar is 11 inches (28 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,5 cm) wide and is in excellent condition. It has a 32-point star-cut base. There are a number of raised glass cabochons surrounding the body of the pokal. It fluoresces a gentle-green when subjected to long-wavelength black-light, typical of 19th century glass articles. Unsigned...

Offered is this beautiful, hand-painted, cut, cased glass (three-layer casing: white on the outside, cobalt on the inside and clear in-between) vase. It is 5 1/2 inches (14 cm) wide and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) high. It is in excellent condition. The clear-glass pontil was left partly polished, since it is recessed (see last picture). unsigned - could have been made by either Moser, Pfohl or another Bohemian maker.

An ornate Bohemian glass box with jewels, made by Moser around 1885. The green-colored box is 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide and 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) high. It has yellow/amber colored jewels on it. The hinge opens and closes fine. Except for a missing jewel / chip on the top (see last picture), the box is in very good condition. This is a rare applied butterfly (Marquetry) box, made by Bohemian master, Ludwig Moser, around 1885. Like typical Moser objects from that epoch, the box is unsigned. But such applied-glass-motif objects were made by Moser and Harrach in Bohemia and Thomas Webb in England (refer to Baldwin's book on Moser glass). Under black-light, the box fluoresces a gentle greenish color, so the glass blank is definitely of Bohemian origin. The box is 3 1/4 inches (8,3 cm) tall and 3 1/2 inches (9 cm) wide...

Offered is this beautiful, iridescent art glass vase made by Loetz around 1898, in their 'Tree-trunk' decor ('Creta Rusticana'. The vase is 5 inches (12,5 cm) tall and 4 1/4 inches (10,8 cm) wide at the bottom. Except for a couple of minutest of flea-bites on the top rim, the vase is in very good condition. Though unsigned, most likely it was made by Loetz (refer to page 4 of David Littlefield's website for a Loetz 'Creta Rusticana' vase of similar shape and decor).
