This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in England by Copeland & Sons in 1883. The saucer measures 5 3/8 inches square and the cup is 2 inches high. It is made of fine bone china. There is embossed decoration on the cup and the saucer. It has an interesting squared off shape. The decoration is inspired by the Japanese, using traditional coloring in the Imari style. The gilding is elaborate and the decoration is finely hand painted...

T. Mayer "Abby Ruins" Longport Staffordshire Green Transferware Plate, Ca. 1843, 9 1/4" diameter, Fluted Rim Porcelain, Cows in the ankle deep water around ruined Abbys, the condition is good.

Very rare Staffordshire figural inkwell in the form of two birds nesting amongst flowers. A beautifully modeled and painted tulip stands upright between the birds. It is possible that the tulip was intended as a candlestick, because the quill holders are in the base near the birds' tails. Origin: England, ca. 1870. Size: 2-3/4" diameter; 3" tall. Condition: excellent, no damage or repairs.

Banded mochaware bowl in blue and brown. Very nicely formed, with a crisply shaped foot rim. The rim has one 1" hairline, and there is some discoloration to the interior (note that the discoloration visible near the rim is actually very thick bluish glaze, and not staining), but otherwise the bowl is in very good condition. 6-3/8" diam; 3-1/8" high.

This porcelain chamber stick was produced in the early 19th century. It is unmarked but may have been produced by Coalport. It is 7 inches long, 4 1/2 inches wide and 3 inches tall. The fine hard paste porcelain is molded in rococo style and there are three paw feet supporting it. The ground is deep cobalt blue with two reserves. Colorful exotic birds fill these spaces, similar to Chelsea Derby decorations. Gilding of high quality surrounds the two reserves...

This porcelain vase was produced in England by Royal Worcester in the 1870s. The date letters in the mark are illegible so it is not possible to specify the exact year. The vase is 7 3/8 inches high. The base measures 5 inches long by 4 5/8 inches wide. The form of this vase is known as “elephant tusk” as it appears to be carved ivory. These 6 porcelain egg cups were produced in England by Minton in the mid 19th century. We have seen this pattern attributed to Minton in our research. The cups measure 2 inches high and the openings are 2 inches in diameter. The porcelain is unglazed white parian. The interiors of the cups are glazed. They are molded in high relief with lily pads, blossoms, and buds in fine detail. Condition: Excellent

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in England by Royal crown Derby in 1898. It has date ciphers that indicate this year. The saucer is 4 1/4 inches in diameter and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is made of delicate, translucent bone china. The decoration is extremely fine. There is intricate hand gilding with tiny raised gold dots. Garlands of brightly colored flowers are draped inside the cup, outside, and around the saucer...

This set of 8 porcelain plates was produced in England by Minton in 1863. The name Minton is impressed with date ciphers indicating this year. The plates measure 9 ½ inches in diameter. They are made of fine, white bone china. The reticulated borders around the plates are 1 ¾ wide. They are outlined in heavy celeste blue enamel known as French enamel. There are 3 cartouches in the borders containing colorful sprays of hand painted flowers...
