Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau sterling silver bowl. Made by Meriden Britannia (part of International) in Meriden, Connecticut. Oval well surrounded by wide and irregular shoulder with scrolled and whiplash eddying water—a whirlpool made more dangerous by the beckoning Lorelei. Well has engraved script monogram D. Fully marked and numbered C2884. Very good condition.

French Belle Epoque Classical 950 silver gravy boat on stand, ca 1910. Boat has ovoid bowl with helmet mouth and raised oval foot with imbricated leaf rim. George V sterling silver covered urn. Made by Mappin & Webb in Sheffield in 1917. Oval bowl mounted to lobed knop on domed foot. Cover double-domed with acorn finial. Leaf-wrapped and mounted scroll bracket side handles with cast leaf-and-berry ornament. Bowl rim has dense flower rondel border. The handle depicts a Native American Chief wearing a feathered war bonnet, his bust surrounded by ears of corn and foliage. Edwardian Georgian sterling silver monteith bowl. Made by William Hutton & Sons, Ltd in London in 1906. Round and curved on raised and stepped foot. Molded curvilinear rim with interspersed with leaves and applied pendant flowers. Vertical strapwork bands with laurel-wreathed oval frames (vacant) in leafing scroll surround applied to same-shaped stippled ground. Fully marked. Very good condition.

A Fine Georgian Silver Pint Mug from Newcastle, by John Langlands and John Robertson and Hallmarkked in 1780. An Armonial on the front depicts a hand trust through a crown, holding flowers. Dimensions; 4.75" high x 4" base diameter, weight 11 standard, 10.1 Troy ounces. Some banging on the handle (see photo 5) but overall in very fine condition.

Possibly made in Italy or Denmark. With beaded base and knop stem. Finely etched with leaf garland (Imperial) surrounds the piece. Seals on the side. Early 20th Century.
Measures: 8 2/16" (20.32 cm) tall X 4.25" (10.79 cm) in diameter.
