Edwardian sterling silver baby cup. Made by William B. Kerr in Newark, ca 1915. Upward tapering sides and scroll handle. Acid etched frames with animals, including an elephant, camel, and gazelle. The open sugar has a mouth opening of 3 1/4", the creamer 2 1/2". The open sugar is 2 3/4" tall, the creamer2 1/8".

They are in good condition.

A Wonderful Ball, Black & Co. American Silver Footed Center Bowl or Compote. J R Wendt is the Probable Silversmith. It is oval in shape with dimensions of 14" in length x 9" deep x 4.5" high. Weight is a heavy 27.9 Troy ounces. It has the Ball, Black & Co. New York mark (Formed in 1851 by William Black and Henry Ball. Became Black, Starr and Frost in 1874) and in a shield it is marked "950/1000 fine". The mark dates from 1851-1874 and the bowl is circa 1860. Excellent condition.

Ca 1920 A wonderful set liqueur cups with etched silver plate holders. The cups are also etched with various designs. Three holders have a daisy and bud motif, four feature holly leaves while the remaining four have bamboo. One glass insert has a rough rim, another has a crack ( see photos) and some of the holders have dark spots inside the plate. 1-1/4"(h) x 1-5/8"(w). Sold as is.
