Exquisite pierced sterling silver bride’s basket vase by Frank W. Smith. The basket flares out from a narrow base decorated with scrolling acanthus leaves. The sides are decorated with an intricate pierced motif and the upper border repeats the decoration at the foot. This is one of three Edwardian sterling souvenir spoons, each with London hallmarks and makers’ mark for Wakley and Wheeler; two are date stamped 1913, the third, 1915; each richly cast with rope-twist and foliate handles with heraldic shield terminals engraved "B&H" and "I.R.C." Condition: very good, bowls have some surface scratches, hallmarks crisp and clear. Measurement: 4 _ in long.

Chinese silver mug, ca 1910. Straight and upward tapering sides and c-scroll handle. A spare form enlivened with applied wraparound dragon chasing its tail. Marks include stamp for Wang Hing, a maker and retailer in Canton and Hong Kong. Very good condition.

A fine early 19th century silver tastevin in the 17th century Burgundian style, inset with a Louis XIV silver ecu coin. The coin is surrounded by a “couronne” of 27 perles from which extend elongated “godrons”. These elongated grooves, without any corresponding circular grooves typically meant the tastevin was intended for use only with white wines. A Rare Small Sterling Silver Sauce Boat by Isaac Cookson, (one of the most notable silvermiths of the time). Hallmarked in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1742, during the Reign of George II (1727-1760). Dimensions; 5.5" long x 2.5" x 2.5"; weight 3 ounces. Excellent condition.

A superb Rococo-style first standard (950/1000 pure silver) tastevin by the master silversmith Marc Parrod. This large example retains the round shape of a traditional tastevin but replaces the usual bowl decoration with ornate bunches of grapes tied with ribbon bows and a remarkable handle treatment illustrating a young couple stomping grapes while holding hands. Parrod created excellent classic Burgundian tastevins, but his fantasy pieces stand apart from all the other Dijon masters...

American Edwardian Classical sterling silver water pitcher, ca 1910. Retailed by Bailey, Banks & Biddle in Philadelphia. Wide-bodied baluster with leaf-capped c-scroll handle; raised foot. Art Nouveau sterling silver and clear glass inkwell. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Bellied and lobed clear glass base with short inset foot and carved and engraved stylized flowers. Short neck with sterling silver collar and hinged ball cover with stylized flowers and scrolls in ogee frame, and bead-and-reel rim. Collar and cover interior gild washed. Fully marked 14515 (first produced in 1900) and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Very good condition.

A Gorham Sterling Silver Tea Kettle or Hot Water Kettle on a Warming Stand. Dimensions; 7" high, 9.5" to handle, 12.5" on stand. Weight a heavy 48 Troy ounces. In addition to the Gorham mark and the date mark for 1905, it is marked 3.5 pints and A3776. Excellent condition.

A Magnificent 15 Piece Dessert or Ice Cream Set in the Mazarin pattern by Dominick & Haff for Theodore B. Starr. The set consists of 12 Spoons (5.75"), an Ice Cream Knife (12.5"), a Berry Spoon (9"), and a Sugar Sifter (7"). All pieces are gold washed at the service end. The pattern was introduced in 1892 and this set is believed to date from shortly afterward. The total weight is 18.7 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

A fine sterling silver gravy ladle in the 1892 “Richelieu” patterns by Tiffany & Co. This is one of Tiffany’s great early patterns and is very sought after today. It is distinguished by shell motifs at the handle and pendant bellflowers that lead down the stem. The flattened bowl is elegantly gadrooned to match the scalloped edge. The back is marked with Tiffany’s hallmark in use 1891-1902.

Sterling Silver Sheffield Salver with raised Chippendale border accented with scrolls complementing the three scroll feet. The hallmarks show the salver to be by William Hutton & Sons, Sheffield, England. This piece is 8 1/2" diameter and 1" high. Circa 1909. It is in excellent condition.

This antique custom made two-person saddle is exquisite and the craftsmanship is finely executed, with the metal work and incising of the brass and silver, over a wood frame with iron supports. The front section is with silver open work over copper and brass, added after the silver, brass and silver are finely etched with a scrolled detail, and the finely crafted finial is dome-shaped with delicate spires that are alternating with a braided effect, and a brass bead at the top...

Set of 6 German 800 silver figural open salts, ca 1920. Each: A swan with erect neck and down-turned bill and pointy tail; body hollow. With fluted and scalloped frosted glass liner. Fully marked including maker’s stamp attributable to Martin Mayer. Numbered 2 (1), 42 (2), and 88 (3). Very good condition. One liner has bottom crack.
