An American Federal Period Coin Silver Creamer or Milk Jug by John McMullin (1765-1843) of Philadelphia. Monogrammed on one side "PJG" with "BB" over it and "MB" under it and the dates 1790 and 1850. On the other side "NRG" and the date 1923. Presumably this was a family piece used over generations. Possibly given originally as a birth present. Dimensions; 6" x 6" x 4" at base; weight 8.2 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

Lovely oval lobed shape enamel and silver compact, painting of group of Putti holding hands dancing encircling a tree with landscape in the background. The painting is framed with silver engraving and carnelian blue enamel accents. Stamped 800 silver and a duck and makers seal inside with the print of a doll. Dimensions 3 1/2"L x 2 1/2"W. Condition Report: Excellent condition, this fine compact should be Austrian in origin.

Pair of German Biedermeier Classical silver candlesticks, ca 1830. Each: Socket mounted to leaf flange in turn mounted to baluster shaft on raised round foot on square base. Fluting, gadrooning, acanthus leaf, and leaf-and-dart ornament. Marked. Very good condition with nice patina.

Edwardian cut-glass water pitcher with sterling silver collar. Curved body with cut geometric and plant ornament and faceted c-scroll handle. Collar has band of volute scrolls with flowers and leaves. Fully marked including stamp for Adelphi, a New York maker active ca 1890-1915. Very good condition.

Victorian Classical sterling silver tray. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Solid oval well with curved sides. Shoulder wide with chased flowers, scrolls, and open diaper in scrolled cartouches. Rim has applied leafing scrolls, flowerheads, and scallop shells. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 11239 (first produced in 1892), and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Very good condition.

Engraved Southern coin silver baby cup or child's mug by Brown and Anderson of Wilmington, North Carolina. Fully hallmarked on bottom, it measures 3 inches high, 2.75" cup diameter, and 3.75" across to include handle. Very well crafted set of Thai tea set with story of Buddha's life in high relief, handles are designed in shape of elephant, tea set finial in shape of an elephant rider, from 19th century period. Size; Teapot, 5 1/2 in. H and 9 in L, sugar is 3.5 in H and 6 in L, creamer is 3 1/4 in H and 4 1/2 in L. Condition consistent with age.

Chased semi-abstract tendrils terminating in volute scrolls, garlands, and pendant flowers. A fluid, slightly hallucinatory take on traditional ornament. Gilt-washed interior. Lovely sterling silver demitasse spoon, the handle decorated with four shades of translucent enamel. The plique-a-jour technique allows light to shine through, creating a stained glass effect. The exposed areas of silver are gilt. The back of the bowl is marked "JT830".
