Victorian sterling silver lady’s shoe. Made in Birmingham, England in 1890. Dainty slipper with applied bow and satin-textured finish. Plain heal and sole. Fully marked (maker's mark indistinct). Very good condition with strong definition.

Absolutely beautiful, very heavy, sterling tray.  It measures 22" long x 14 1/2" wide x 1" tall and weighs 2045 grams.  It is heavily decorated with flowers and leaves.  It is marked on the bottom "sterling" with what appears to be a beehive.  It is rare to find a sterling tray of this weight and beauty.

An American Coin Silver Mug (Christening Mug or Childs Cup) of an Octagonal Form, by Francis W. Cooper of New York, circa 1850. Dimensions; 3.5" h x 2.75" d; weight 3 ounces. Some slight base compression, but in very fine condition overall.

American Art Nouveau glass vase with engraved silver overlay, ca 1900. Tall and tapering neck with turned-in mouth rim in silver collar. Wide and bellied bowl. Overlay in form of windswept flowers and entwined and whiplash stems and tendrils. Ribbon cartouche (vacant) Glass is red. Worn marks including no. 38. Very good condition.

This is an American set of five sterling silver table forks made by the Whiting Manufacturing Co. in the decorative repousse "Berry" Pattern, circa 1880, the front beautifully detailed with rasberries and leaves; monogrammed on the back with initials A. C., Whiting makers mark, and STERLING; Measurement- 7 3/4 inches; Condition-age appropriate wear to tines.

A nice pair of Georgian English sterling 5-5/8" sugar tongs with elegant bright cut decoration. These tongs were made by Thomas Wallis and Jonathan Hayne in London, England 1816-17; they weigh 24.5 grams, they have an S over WxM monogram, and they are in excellent original condition with no dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use...

Outstanding sterling silver pastry serving fork in Alvin's rare Art Nouveau "Majestic" pattern. Created in 1900, this pattern was a multi-motif design--each piece was decorated with a slightly different floral pattern. This piece features beautifully detailed daffodils and sinuous foliage. Excellent condition with sharp details and no monogram. 7-1/4" long.

Set of 6 Japanese Meiji silver cast figural knife rests, ca 1910. Each: A horned and taloned dragon with arched back and fan tail. Scaly, scampering serpents for the next dinner party. Unmarked. Very good condition.

Sterling silver lettuce fork in International's 1907 "Margaret" pattern. Originally intended to serve iceberg lettufe (a luxurious rarity at the time), the fork could be used for many other foods today. The reverse is marked with International's old hallmark.

The origins of the hookah come from the north western provinces of India along the border of Pakistan in Rajasthan and Gujarat nearly a millennia back. In Persia, before the age of cigar and cigarette, hookha was used for generations and generally they were made from clay. The aristocrats and wealthy had the upper section of their hookha made from silver and the base was porcelain or crystal...

Lovely oval lobed shape enamel and silver compact, painting of group of Putti holding hands dancing encircling a tree with landscape in the background. The painting is framed with silver engraving and carnelian blue enamel accents. Stamped 800 silver and a duck and makers seal inside with the print of a doll. Dimensions 3 1/2"L x 2 1/2"W. Condition Report: Excellent condition, this fine compact should be Austrian in origin.

A finely detailed ornate mesh purse with handle. Made of 800 silver with a floral design around the clasp. The interior contains a unique mesh coin purse. One of the enlarged photos shows a small area under the clasp missing a hoop which we can easily repair if so desired. We can also polish the purse free of charge.

Victorian silver baby cup. Made by S. Kirk & Son in Baltimore. Straight sides with allover floral repousse on stippled ground. Cast and capped leaf scroll handle and pointille foot border. Fully marked including maker’s stamp (1846-61) and alloy “11 OZ.” (that is 11/12 or 916 silver). Very good condition.

English Georgian sterling silver condiment shaker, late 18th century. Baluster on raised foot. Cover pierced with engraved diaper and twisted finial. Worn marks include crowned T (body) and crowned V and letters RP (cover). Good condition.

An Edwardian carved mother of pearl silver plated bread fork from the 1900-1910 era. This ornate and out of the ordinary example of Victorian and Edwardian table serving pieces measures 8-5/8" long and it has the shape and three tines found on bread serving forks of this period (however it can be used for whatever purpose you wish). It has fancy high relief finials with acanthus leaves and flowers, a stepped finial and fancy modelling of the silver plate links...

A Unique Tiffany Sterling Silver Three Handled Loving Cup or Tyg. Mark from the period of Charles L. Tiffany, 1892-1902. Weight 8.6 Standard/7.8 Troy ounces; dimensions 4.5" high x 5" to handles. Inscribed "To the Cup Boy of the Class of 1896 Hamilton College". Marked 1/2 Gill on base. Excellent condition.

A Pair of Sterling Silver Candlesticks from the late Victorian Era. Hallmarked in Sheffield, 1899, by William Hutton & Sons. Dimensions; 5.75" high x 3" square base. Some minor dings, but in very good condition.

An elegant set of 12 sterling silver oyster forks in Dominick & Haff’s desirable 1880 “Kings” pattern. The handles are decorated in the Georgian style with scroll, acanthus and shell motifs. The backs are decorated to match the fronts. The tines are heavier than most cocktail/seafood forks. The backs are stamped with Dominick & Haff’s hallmark.
