A Large Frank Whiting Sterling Silver Water Pitcher. Given to F. R. Estabrook of Harvard on September 9, 1912 (possibly his wedding date as there is a pennant for 1910 in the Harvard Crest); engraved with his name, the names of 16 other gentlemen, a Harvard Crest with Estabrook's name over it in a ribbon and what looks to be a fraternity or club logo (a triangle with an owl and Greek letters; Phi, Delta, Psi, the original name for the Owl Club, one of the eight final clubs at Harvard)...

Very rare Imperial Russian silver child's fork with vermeil and engraved floral decoration. In fact, I've never before seen a piece of Russian children's flatware. The maker's hallmark on the back is slightly obscured by the design, but the assayer's mark (AA/1895), the standard mark (84), and the city mark (Moscow) are very clear.

A beautiful and rare Shiebler sterling serving piece in the "Maintenon" pattern. Adding to the overall graceful form of the piece is the greenish-blue and white enameling on the handle and the white and pale lavender enameling on the gently curved bowl. While this form is quite uncommon it is generally found in plain silver and the addition of the enameling raises this to a rarity level...

This is a wonderful pair of sterling silver tablespoons made by the Whiting Manufacturing Co. in the decorative repousse "Berry" Pattern, circa 1880, the front beautifully detailed with blueberry-like berries and leaves; monogrammed on the back with initials A. A fine boxed set of 12 sterling silver demitasse spoons in Gorham's 1896 "Maryland" pattern. The fronts of the handles are decorated scrolls, shells and pendant bouquets, while the backs are accented with simple scrolling and a shell motif near the bowls. The bowls are parcel gilt. This is a particularly lovely pattern--ornate, but not over the top. The spoons are presented in their original fitted box, the inside lid of which is marked with the logo of Gorham's New York City retail store...
