A beautiful piece in the Art Deco pattern that was made by Gorham and Durgin. Marks include retailer’s stamp and pattern no. 04. Very good condition.

Six assorted sterling demitasse spoons including a decorative Gorham spoon with a cherub(see photo #4 and bottom spoon in photo #2), c. 1870-1920. They are each marked "STERLING" and "GORHAM mark, TOWLE FONTANA, 1891 C.L. RUTH & SON, hallmarks". They range in length from 3 7/8" to 4 1/4". A George III Helmet Form Creamer or Cream Jug by Hester Bateman, London, 1789. On a Square Pedestal Base with Delicate Bright Cut Engraving and a Punch Beaded Border and a looped handle. Dimensions; 5.25" high x 4" handle to spout; weight 3 ounces. Very fine condition.

A Magnificent Victorian Silver Plate Cake or Brides Basket or Tazza, with a Swing Handle. Circa 1860-1880. Dimensions; 12.5" in diameter x 4" high x 11" to handle; 5.5" diameter at base; substantial weight 37 oz. Excellent condition (note that photos show reflections, the plating is in excellent condition). There is no maker's mark.

Victorian Classical sterling silver coffeepot. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York. Baluster with vertical spout and hinged and domed cover. Stained-wood finial and capped scroll handle. Repousse rinceaux bands and applied gadrooned borders on body; repousse twisted leaves on cover top. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 6233, and director’s letter T (1892-1902). Very good condition.

Turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau glass vase by historic maker Loetz with engraved silver overlay. Cylindrical with bellied top and bottom, and short inset neck. Overlay in form of open and horizontal pattern with stylized leaves and scrollwork. Glass is Titania pattern with shaded streaky green in vertical leaf arrangement. Silver marked “Sterling”. Excellent condition.

Magnificent American Classical coin silver tureen. Made by Gorham in Providence, ca 1860. Curved ovoid bowl on stepped oval foot mounted to four beaded and round supports. Cover domed. Bowl rim has bold beading bordered by applied guilloche. On each end is cast satyr’s head with flamboyantly ribbed horns and slack jaw holding loose-mounted ring. Also cast is cover finial, a gentle herbivore quadruped standing on tooled grassy mound...

A George III Silver Serving or Entrée or Vegetable Dish with Cover; assayed in London in 1811 and bearing the makers mark "WB" (either William Bell, Bennett, or Bateman). Fully marked. Dimensions; 11" x 8" x 5" to handle; weight 44.8 Troy ounces. Twist off handle. Some minor knocks on bottom, but in very good overall condition.

Elegant Victorian sterling silver serving dish with intricate repousse and pierced sides. The sides are finished off with a cyma-curve border punctuated at compass points with baroque shell motifs. The bottom is fully hallmarked for London, 1891-92, and has the maker’s mark “WC”. The piece is quite heavy and is of the very good quality.

Origin: England, 1891-92. Condition: excellent, no dings, no monogram. Size: 9” x 6-1/2” x 1-3/8” high. Weight: 177.5 grams.

A besutiful and exceptional old Sheffield standish, the tray ornately wrought with scallop shell and foliage motifs, raised on 4 curving feet with similar work. Within the tray are the following separate components: two silver square ink bottle holders, two heavy cut glass ink bottles; two silver ink bottle lids, a round silver chamberstick holder, a silver chamberstick wrought with groove and scallop designs, a silver bobeche for the chamberstick, and a silver snuffer...

Turn-of-the-century Chinese silver mustard pot. Round and bellied bowl with plain concave neck, thin scroll handle, and spread foot. Modish floral ornament in form of chased and applied water lilies and pads heightened with engraving on stippled ground. Chinese marks. Very good condition.

German sterling silver lady’s shoe. Imported to England by Theodor Hartman in 1902. Shoe has pointy upturned elf toe and open bands. Exterior decorated with scrolls, flowers, and tassel in low relief. Heel plain. German hallmark and English import marks with London city stamp and date letter. Very good condition.

Lovely round tray with raised grapes surrounding the edges and on the handles. It has a 15" diameter and is in excellent condition. It is marked on the bottom with hallmarks, the name Crescent, and the number 1097.

Austrian Rococo silver candle snuffer, 1827. Hinged with flower-head mount and flat vertical blade that fits into rectangular box with curved and lobed top. Ring handles on s-scroll mounts. Three baluster supports. Marks include year and alloy, which is 13 loths (that is 812 silver). Very good condition. Dimensions: H 6 1/2 x W 2 1/4 x D 1 5/8 in.
