An absolutely delightful bronze calling card tray, the center designed with a small frog atop a traditional baroque-style wave. The top edge of the dish has a wonderful scene of four frogs riding big-wheel bicycles along a road. They have quite good balance, as all have their arms crossed. The lead frog is even smoking a pipe. Road markers reading “2Km” and “3Km” mark their progress...

Elegant bronze letter opener depicting the head of Napoleon. Inscribed "d'apress Messonnier". Late 19th or early 20th Century.

This is a beautiful, large bronze cherub standing on a rouge marble base from the late l9th century that was made into a lamp. It measures 45" tall to the top of the light. The cherub itself is 20" tall and it stands on a marble base that is 10 1/2" tall. It is in beautiful condition, the cherub's arms are pinned where they should be and its a beautiful addition to any home. I can find no artist name or stamps on the piece, but it is a great 19th century sculpture.

A Gorham Sterling Silver Pierced Rim BonBon Dish. Shaped and Footed, with the date mark from 1907. The dimensions are 7.5" x 6" x 1.5" and the weight is 4.0 Troy ounces. Excellent condition (the coloration is due to lighting), no monogram.

A very attractive French silver (1st standard=950/1000 pure silver) tastevin, the bottom inset with a 1785 silver coin showing the bust of King Louis XVI. This tastevin departs slightly from the traditional form, with the fluted “godrons” placed immediately around the coin and the sides finished with very nice repousse decoration of grapes, vines and leaves. The tastevin is finished with a single coiled snake handle...

This very fine antique rectangular-shaped French silver and gilt boardroom snuff box features a highly engraved scroll and floral decoration with central cartouche and gilt lined interior, hallmarked on lid rim, mid 19th Century. A finely detailed cast bronze jewel box, the cover decorated with a scene of Don Quixote astride his horse followed by his loyal Sancho Panza on his donkey. The end panels feature bas relief images of Cervantes flanked by cherubs, and the back panel a bas relief of Don Quixote wearing an armored helmet. Cherubs and dolphins decorate the front. The interior is lined in a bright red velvet. The box retains its original key and the lock is in working order...

Boxed Austrian Silver(Diana head mark, introduced 1886 plus 3,A, for 800 and Vienna and initials FR in rectangle) Dessert Serving Set in Wooden Box, with Brass Trim. Consists of six knives (7.5"), forks (7"), spoons (5.75"), two serving spoons (10", 8.5") and a serving fork (7.75"); total weight 31.1 Troy ounces. Box is 14.5" x 10". Excellent condition.

Bronze figural group with a beautiful young women holding a scarf aloft in her right hand and a child with the left arm. Inscribed TEMPETE on the front and signed V. Morey on the back. French, late 19th. Century.

An Oval Silver Tea Caddy; Made in Nuremberg, Germany, circa 1880 and Stamped Germany for export at a later date. Village scenes on each side. Weight 6.4 Troy ounces. Dimensions; 4.25" high x 4" wide x 2.75" deep. Has the "n" mark for Nurenberg and the number 13 (0.812 silver) on the lip of the bottom (both barely visible in the picture). Excellent condition.

A Rare Matched Set of Six Early George III Scottish Silver Dessert Spoons. By Patrick Robertson and Hallmarked in Edinburgh in 1766. In the Hanoverian Rat-tail Pattern, with Bottom Struck Marks at the Narrow Part of the Stem (making the marks somewhat indistinct). Dimensions; 7.25" in length and 7.6 Troy ounces in total. Excellent condition.

French triptych photo frame made of bronze and colorful enamel. Uses the antique method of applying enamel over the brass as opposed to cloisonne where the enamel is embedded in the brass. 19 th. Century. Shows some wear and tear in the enamel can be seen in the pictures.

This is an American set of five sterling silver table forks made by the Whiting Manufacturing Co. in the decorative repousse "Berry" Pattern, circa 1880, the front beautifully detailed with rasberries and leaves; monogrammed on the back with initials A. C., Whiting makers mark, and STERLING; Measurement- 7 3/4 inches; Condition-age appropriate wear to tines.

The Tea Pot weighs 30.5 Troy ounces and is 9.5" high x 12.5" wide; the Coffee Pot weighs 26.9 Troy ounces and is 10.5" high x 10" wide; the creamer weighs 10.5 Troy ounces and is 6" high x 7.5" wide; the two handled sugar weighs 12.8 Troy ounces and is 6.5" wide x 6" high; the milk jug. The set is from the late 19th century. It is in excellent condition.

This is a fabulous Victorian sterling ladies’ card case for that special collector, marked "sterling and "W&H" for the well-known New York silversmiths Wood & Hughes. The shaped case, with an attachment for a chain, has beautiful foliate engraving surrounding a central cartouche with the name "Hettie" and "1876" in the center; a Victorian heart is engraved on the reverse. Condition: very good with minor nicks; hinged lid snaps closed evenly. Measurement: 3.50 in long. x 2.50 in. wide
