A Mt. Washington scalloped rim bowl decorated with orchids. The 3 3/4 inch diameter, 2 3/4 inch tall satin finish bowl has subtle diagonal ribs and a polished pontil mark. The color shades from pale lavender on the flared rim to colorless at the bottom. The coloration appears similar to the bowl shown in plate 10-17 on page 243 in Wilson’s “Mt Washington & Pairpoint Glass” and the decoration matches that on the sugar shaker in plate 10-18 of the same book.

A nicely detailed pierced Rococo Revival boat with exceptionally detailed swags, flowers, and cross hatching for a formal setting. The shape mimics a boat and may have once had a liner. Underside is marked Depose 800, which in normal circumstances might be French, but we believe that the crown and possibly crescent to its left indicates a German article, dating c. 1890-1910...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Königliche Porzellan Manufaktur or KPM in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The porcelain body has molded designs in high relief that are accentuated by the gilding and hand painting. Floral swags and knots of flowers are scattered around the surface. English Transferware Pink deep Plate, Ca. 1850, 8 1/4" diameter, 1" high, marked "Woodland" in the double oveal shape circle, mpressed mark beside, rest of the markings are unable to identify, three(3) cows in front of tall trees with Grape Vine Rim design, it is a beautiful pleasant scenerey. Crazing on the glaze, the condition is good.

A set of eight hand painted porcelain plates with scenic views as listed below. The lips with a peach ground and some gilding. Located in the center of each plate is the hand painted scene. The pattern number “833” and the location, painted in script in red enamel, is on the back of most of them. They were made and decorated in Britain, possibly Aynsley, circa 1880. 8 7/8 inches (20.3 cm) diameter.

A very nice pair of Staffordshire spaniels highlighted with gilt decoration. Each dog wears a collar with a padlock and a chain. The muzzles are decorated with pink and black overglaze enamel, and the eyes are set with glass eyes. Both have the whimsical "Joan Crawford" eyebrows. Spaniels with glass eyes, although a bit later than some of the other Staffordshire figures, are difficult to find.

This porcelain slipper or shoe was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. It has first quality crossed swords markings under glaze. It measures 6 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/4 inches high. The porcelain is hand modeled in the shape of a Persian style slipper. The ground color is deep cobalt blue. Two(2) Victorian English Staffordshire Charles Meigh "Indian Stone China" Soup Plates, 10 1/2" diameter with fluted rim, 2" high, impressed mark on the bottom, the condition is good, no damages.

German Nymphenburg Royal Porcelain Cake Stand or compote, pure white clean porcelain with beautifully low relief laid out design and open work on the wide molded fluted rim, 3 3/4" high, 8 1/4" diameter-top, 4"-5" wide-bottom, with reticulated Rococo style between Pine Cone, supported by four(4) shaped feet and molded raised design stem. Underglaze blue mark on the bottom. The condition is good, no damage.

A lovely Staffordshire pottery inkwell and quill holder in the form of a swan. The wings are painted vivid shades of pink with black and gilt accents. The bird rests on a colorful "confetti" nest. The hole in the swan's back served as the inkwell, while the two holes in the front were to hold quills. This swan is a particularly colorful example.

Rare large ironstone platter in the Imari taste with a cobalt blue border by G.L. Ashworth, the successor to Mason’s. The platter’s rim is unusually decorated with reserves showing Japanese ladies with parasols and floral elements surrounded by gilding. The central design shows an Asian-themed still life including peonies, lotus blossoms, pagodas, etc...

A very rare caneware tureen in the form of a cabbage with a mother rabbit and 3 bunnies peeking out of the lid. The cabbage with tureen rests on a matching plate. In very good antique condition, this item was actually used in its earlier days. Worth noting is that all the color in the rabbits eyes is still intact. This is a 10-1/2" x 8-1/2" ball-footed swing-handle serving basket fully hallmarked for Sheffield, England 1895-6. Made by James Dixon & Sons, this basket has ornate repousse decoration in the bowl as well as attractive design to the ornate handle. It has a presentation inscription in the centre, as it was presented as a gift in September 1896, and it weighs an impressive 595 grams.
