Set of three remarkably preserved antique stylized swans by Fratelli Toso. I have seen these attributed to Salviati however, on a recent trip to Venice I showed these to an antique dealer specializing in antique Venetian Glass and he showed me some documentation with images that confirms these to indeed be Fratelli Toso, made in 1890. This dealer had a few of these in his display and he said that they are hard to find without chips to the beaks and tails...

A very good jasper ground glass paperweight by St. Louis. The sole decoration is the pink and white jasper cushion which completely fills the dome. The glass is heavy and nicely clear. The polished concave bottom has relatively wide basal ring.

Origin: France, ca. 1850. Condition: excellent, a surface nick on one side about 1/2" above the base and a tiny fleabite about two-thirds up the side of the crown. Size: 2-3/4" diameter; 1-3/4" high.

This pair of porcelain bottles with stoppers was produced in Germany by Lamm Dresden in the late 19th century. They are 5 inches high, including the stoppers. The porcelain bodies have flowers and scallops molded into them. They are hand painted with buttercup flowers and foliage. There is a blue butterfly on each bottle. The molded decorations are accented with gold. It is wonderful to find a matched pair after so many generations. Condition: Excellent

A set of six hand painted porcelain plates with floral bouquets in the well and a gold band around the edge. The mark of KPM with the initials and the scepter in underglaze blue was used from 1837 to 1844. The size would indicate that they are dessert plates, though they are deeper than most. They are 7 inches diameter (18 cm) and 1 inch (2.5 cm) deep.

Condition: excellent, no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Showing only some evidence of light use...
