This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Franziska Hirsch Dresden studio in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 1/4 inches high. The saucer is scalloped and the cup is puffy and blown out with a flower handle. The ultra-delicate porcelain is finely hand painted with garlands of colorful flowers. There is lacy gold trim and accents within the design. Condition: Excellent

A very nice hammered brass jardiniere from Russia's Imperial era. The vessel is raised on cast lion's paw feet and is flanked by ring handles grasped in cast lion's heads. The jardiniere is constructed in the traditional manner with seamed joints and a rolled lip. The bottom is stamped with the Imperial Romanov double-headed eagle.

Origin: Russia, ca. 1880. Condition: excellent, a few very small dings (difficult to see on the hammered surface). Size: 6-1/4" tall; 6-3/8" diameter.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the late 19th century. It has first quality under glaze crossed swords markings. This set of 8 porcelain bouillon cups and saucers was produced in Germany by Wolfsohn Dresden in the late 19th century. The porcelain blanks were made by the Ohme Factory in Silesia, Germany and sold white ware to the Wolfsohn factory for decoration. The porcelain blanks are extremely delicate and translucent. A well potted round covered box with underglaze blue decoration and extensive gilt outlining of the pattern of a bird in a bush. The Meissen crossed swords mark on the bottom is typical of the late 19th century. There is also in underglaze blue the number 46, which is probably the identification of the painter of the scene. Height 2 ½ inches, diameter 3 ½ inches (6 by 9 centimeters).
