A late Ming dynasty heavily potted porcelain dish made for export, probably to Sumatra. The decoration is in underglaze blue starting with a thin line around the outer edge, a double ring about a quarter of the way toward the center with grasses growing inward toward a large expressive carp. The style of painting with brush strokes not enclosed by lines is typical of the late Ming and the size and heaviness are typical of the export porcelain to South East Asia...

A Dutch delft tile from between 1625 and 1650 showing a blue flower in the center enclosed in an oval of three blue lines. The single blossom has blue petals and a yellow center. The green leaves on a blue stem grow out of a yellow bulb on the ground. A rare and early English heavy baluster wine glass of beautiful proportions and stance. It has a trumpet bowl with a markedly solid base containing a tear over an angular teared knop, and a basal knop over a domed and folded foot. The height is 6 inches and there are no flaws or restorations. This is a superb early glass of dark metal and heavy weight.

Imposing standing wood sculpture of He Xiangu何仙姑- the only women in the pantheon of the Eight Chinese Immortals. This is at least Qing dynasty probably earlier originally she would be holding a lotus in her hands. Once source describes her as being “the Patron Saint of Housewives”. Height: 97cm/38in and has a lovely benevolent expression and enigmatic smile. Condition as pictured, there is a dedication niche on back but the contents have been removed

A Very Fine/Large Celadon Inlaid Cosmetic Box and Cover-13th C.: Korea, Koryo period, 13th Century, It is a quite large circular box with domed cover decorated in inlaid with a double cranes within a double white slip inlaid surrounded by four cranes flying in raining on the cover, the edges in a white slip inlaid with a stylized pattern. It is in fine condition with no damage at all. It measures 9,5cm x 4.5cm or 3 3/4” x 1 3/4”.
