The upper chest has five drawers, including one with fan carving, above four graduated drawers; while the base displays a single long drawer over three drawers, with the central drawer front carved with a fan. The case is supported on delicate cabriole legs with pad feet...

Early American New England Chippendale era tall chest-on-chest. Circa 1770-1785. Cherry/pine secondary. Size: 68.25 inches ht. x 40 inches wide x 20 inches deep. This chest has an upper section with four graduated drawers, while the lower section has three similarly graduated drawers. The drawer fronts have a thumbnail molded edge. The brasses are later replacements. The entire chest is supported on a boldly scalloped bracket base...

Early American Chippendale period tall blanket chest. 18th century. Size: 46 1/2 inches high x 41 inches wide x 19 1/8 inches deep. New England origin with a lift top above two faux drawer fronts over three real drawers, and retaining the original snipe hinges. Fancy cut-scroll bracket base and apron. Brass bail handles are replacements. A rare and early tall blanket chest in a blonde finish.

It has normal wear and tear of a piece of this age. The cabinet is at least 19th C, but may even be late 18th century...

This rope bedframe has warmth which only time and wear can give. It has head and foot boards with some extra touches such as spool posts and turned legs. It retains its bed rails making modernization a plausible option. This bedframe is a very nice example with extra details which the average bedframe of its era did not have. I conservatively date this bedframe to mid 19th century but it could be somewhat earlier, but if pushed I place date to c. 1840...

A lovely antique mahogany Sheraton style extending dining table, with 1 leaf, which contracts to compact size. The leaves are held by brass fasteners. The turned legs have iron castor feet.

An exceptional ladder back Delaware Valleycahir with 4 slats, original red wash and splint seat, and well developed turnings.

The chair is in excellent original condition and structurally sound. As to be expected there are some losses to the splints. The height is 43", with a width of 20" and a depth of 18". The seat depth is 16" and 18 1/2" high.

Beautiful flame mahogany 52" round dining table circa 1843. This table is 125" when fully open, with 2 leaves that are 19 1/2" each, 1 that is 17", l that is 9" and 1 that is 8". It has been professionally refinished. , 52" round when closed

For the collector of early and folky American furniture, here is a type of chair commonly referred to as a "firehouse" chair, made of wood, painted generally black but with yellow piping stripes along the top rail and seat, and on the legs.
